Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging & Damage Policy At The Peculiar Parlor, every order is carefully packed by our experienced team to ensure your items arrive safely. We take great pride in our packaging process and handle each item with the utmost care before it leaves our hands.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping company. In the event that your order arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim. Please retain all original packaging materials, as carriers typically require them as part of the claims process.

The Peculiar Parlor is not liable for damage that occurs during transit. We recommend taking photos of any damage immediately upon receipt to support your claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Peculiar Parlor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging We reuse shipping supplies when available to help reduce waste and save you money. Your order may arrive in a previously used box or with recycled packing materials — it's our small way of doing our part for the environment.
